TRAVEL AGREEMENT

Please read the below information carefully and acknowledge your agreement.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION: I understand that it is my responsibility to obtain the correct travel documentation (passport, identication, visa where applicable) for the destination(s) to be visited. I understand that passports are required to be valid for at least 6-12 months beyond the date that I return home from my trip.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: I understand that travel insurance is strongly recommended (in some cases compulsory), and that I am responsible to select and purchase travel insurance.

AIRLINE PENALTIES: I understand that My Travel Experience is not responsible for penalties incurred for tickets, international or domestic, issued and not issued by My Travel Experience due to schedule and/or flight changes. *

ITINERARY PACE: I understand that escorted tours are active and may require walking over uneven surfaces or navigating steep steps or slopes. I understand that wheelchairs, walkers, scooters and service animals are not permitted on escorted tours (unless it is a tour designed for accessible travel). I understand that tour participants with any form of physical disability, sight or hearing impairment, which may prevent readily understanding and following instructions provided by the tour guides or managers, are required to provide notification prior to making a booking. My Travel Experience or the tour company reserves the right to reject participation or remove any individual from a tour who has not provided such notification. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will necessarily be borne by the passenger. *

RELEASE FROM LIABILITY: I have read the terms & conditions and understand the entirety of that document. I agree that my payment and subsequent acceptance of my travel documents constitutes my acceptance of those Terms & Conditions I agree to these Travel Terms & Conditions of My Travel Experience for myself, each member of my travelling party and any minor child/children accompanying me. *

CLIENT AGREEMENT

The Customer agrees that they meet the following requirements:

You warrant that you are over the age of eighteen (18) and have sufficient funds to pay for the travel services.
You have read My Travel Experience Terms & Conditions and fully understand them.
Passport/Visa and other required identification documents, where applicable, are your responsibility to obtain.

Prior to travel, you will be responsible for:

Reviewing the terms and conditions of the ultimate travel providers that have been supplied with your travel documents and you will review the information or websites prior to travel.
You are responsible for checking the accuracy of all documents provided to you by My Travel Experience upon receipt and prior to departure.
Contacting the airline(s) at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to travel to check on the status of your flights.
You warrant and acknowledge that you will access the Smart Traveller website for any specific enquiries in relation to your intended destination.
