CREDIT CARD AUTHORITY

For your safety and sececurity, all credit card payments need to be phoned through to our office and your details will be provided on a secure line.

Please note, there is a 1.9% merchant fee added for payment via Mastercard or Visa. We can advise the current fees for other credit cards prior to you making any payments.

TRAVEL AGREEMENT

Please read the below information carefully and acknowledge your agreement.

CLIENT AGREEMENT

The Customer agrees that they meet the following requirements:

  • You warrant that you are over the age of eighteen (18) and have sufficient funds to pay for the travel services.

  • You have read My Travel Experience   Terms & Conditions  and fully understand them.

  • Passport/Visa and other required identification documents, where applicable, are your responsibility to obtain.

Prior to travel, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing the terms and conditions of the ultimate travel providers that have been supplied with your travel documents and you will review the information or websites prior to travel.

  • You are responsible for checking the accuracy of all documents provided to you by My Travel Experience upon receipt and prior to departure.

  • Contacting the airline(s) at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to travel to check on the status of your flights.

  • You warrant and acknowledge that you will access the Smart Traveller website for any specific enquiries in relation to your intended destination.
